Google Adds New Features to Smart Campaigns
June 21, 2020 03:03:09 PM

Google is working to roll out new features to smart campaigns in order to help small businesses reach the right audience and get the highest benefit.
Here are the new features that will be fully available to all advertisers who are using smart campaigns in the coming weeks:
Sign up directly through the mobile app
Google is now allowing advertisers to sign up for smart campaigns and run ads from the Google Ads mobile app. This feature is currently available for U.S., Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Italy, France, Spain, Netherlands and Japan, with more countries to follow.
Helping advertisers stand out on Google Maps, for free
In September 2020, the advertisers will not pay for clicks, calls, or sales from promoted pins. Google started to roll out promoted pins to smart campaign advertisers with Google My Business profile, and this will be available in the coming weeks.
Advertisers can now see how their ads perform directly on Google.com
Signed in advertisers to Google account (with the email used for Google Ads), can now see the ads status, how the ads perform and look for their potential customers. This new feature will be available to all advertisers who are using smart campaigns in the coming weeks.
More control over when your ads show
Advertisers can now get more control over keywords that help them target users on Google search. The advertisers just need to tell Google what their businesses offer and Google will show the ads to potential customers who are searching for related keywords. The keyword themes will be available to all advertisers who are using smart campaigns in the coming weeks.
